Qigong movement meditation supports our health and peace of mind. Continued practice helps alleviate a wide range of symptoms, such as anxiety & depression, joint pain, frequent urination, to metabolism function, and much, much more.
Qigong is literally translated as "energy exercise" or "energy work." Just like your workouts at the gym help strengthen your muscles & overall condition, regular Qigong practice helps tone and strengthen your body's internal climate and overall "Qi"--your personal, signature life-force energy.
The meditation aspect of Qigong helps us develop and strengthen aspects of our consciousness that are often under used in our day-to-day life. Using our intuition as readily as our common sense, can give us that needed edge to make a big difference in our lives. Trusting our creative mind, respecting our ideas, and valuing our spontaneity can help us change up a circumstance we're in a positive and meaningful way.
We are offering the ongoing Friday weekly class because we want you to have access to a stable, weekly source of inner calm, peace, health & wellbeing.
Classes are fun and interactive. In addition to Qigong, creative visualization exercises and affirmations
